When will my order ship?
As soon as your order ships we email you the carrier and a tracking link.
Where do you ship, and how much is it?
United States: $8, free over $200, usually 3–7 business days in transit.Everywhere else: $35, usually 7–21 business days in transit.The exact cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Full details on the Shipping page.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. These aren’t included in our prices or shipping, and are paid by you to the carrier or customs on delivery.
Can I return or exchange something?
All sales are final — no returns or exchanges. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded. Read the full Returns policy.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size guide with the piece’s measurements and fit notes, and reviews show how verified buyers found the fit. Still unsure? Email neverhollowonline@gmail.com with your usual size and we’ll help you choose.
How can I pay? Is checkout secure?
Pay by debit or credit card, or PayPal. Payment is handled by PayPal on its secure checkout page; your card details never reach our servers.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If you were signed in when you ordered, your orders are also listed under Account.
Are the reviews real?
Yes. A review can only be left from the private link sent to the buyer with their order, so every review is from a verified purchase. We don’t remove reviews for being critical.
